No-Bake Turtle Cheesecake

A quick and easy and deadly pie. You can substitute or add whatever nuts you like; I just used walnuts because they are delicious and they were cheap.

Idiot-Proof Fudge

I am not kidding. This is even easier and more foolproof than the marshmallow creme fudge. Unless you manage to scorch the chocolate chips or drop all the frosting on the floor or something, this fudge is impossible to mess up. If you screw this fudge up, please GTFO the kitchen before you hurt yourself. Seriously.

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can Pillsbury Creamy Supreme chocolate fudge frosting
  • 2 Snickers, Heath, Skor, or Milky Way bars, chopped

Line 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges; lightly grease foil. Set aside. Melt chips in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in frosting and all but 2 tablespoons candy bar; blend well. Spread in foil-lined pan, sprinkle with reserved candy bar. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Remove fudge from pan by lifting foil, remove foil from fudge. Cut into squares.

THAT'S IT, MAN.

Variation: try different kinds of chips or different flavors of frosting. The best fudge I've ever made came from milk chocolate and Andes Creme de Menthe chips and Mint Chocolate frosting.
