To answer a few questions:

Sadly, I don’t know which MySpaceTard this was, or else I sure as hell would have gotten some screencaps. As for what he was trying to hotlink… the Gallery’s .htaccess just flat-out quietly blocks MySpace without a stand-in. I can only guess that he tried to leech:

A) something from chaobell.net proper, most likely one of the ginormous textures (I really should fix that .htaccess to block everything but Renderosity someday) and got this instead

B) Or, more likely, judging from his feeling the need to e-mail me and flip his shit about what I did to his MySpace, something from w00t or BoT… and got this or this, respectively. [WARNING: if you have a history of epileptic seizures, DO NOT CLICK THOSE LINKS, I will not be held responsible if you do and end up swallowing your tongue or some shit]

Add this guy to your .htaccess file. I see some of Angryblue’s stuff being leeched (without credit, naturally) as well.

Fortunately, the perpetrator doesn’t seem smart enough to know how Photoshop brushes actually work, and is only hotlinking sample images without bothering to link to the actual .abr or whatever they represent. :whatev:

Sort of apology received from teenager who hotlinked a 1600×1600 150 dpi 1.3MB image for his YouTube profile page background and found it transformed into one of my nastier pink and green “hotlinking is bad, m’kay” replacements:
